HICON has a 1-year warranty on all our work. This exposes a project to all four seasons of weather and if an issue arises, HICON stands behind its work and will take care of repairs at no cost to you.
While we’ll use any manufacturer requested by the owner, we most often install Reading Rock (Allan Block), Unilock, Oberfield, Pine Hall or Belden materials. Most all these products are produced right here in Ohio.
Yes, we work on projects year-round. After 48+ years of experience we know how to protect projects from freezing temperatures and excessive rain or snow.
It is recommended to use calcium based products or rock salt. Avoid using magnesium based products as they are very aggressive.
