• Trained Safety Director per OSHA standards
• Annual safety meeting
• Daily safety job checks
• Weekly tool box meetings
• Safety manual
• Safety policy
• Unannounced “on-site” visits by the Safety Director
• Training
• Maintenance of equipment
• Drug testing
